Justine Curtis is the founder and chairman of The UK Associatio
n of Virtual Assistants (UKAVA). The UKAVA was formed in 2005 to fill a void in the virtual assistant market. Virtual assistants were becoming more and more in demand as small businesses and sole traders flourished but there was no real association where prospective clients or existing and new virtual assistants could go for information, advice and recommendations.
